When I hear people talk about the need to change I get mixed feelings. I sense a need of sorts for change but then who am I to suggest that I know what goes on in every church?! As far as persecution goes, we truly have been blessed in this country so I can understand why you say "it shouldn't be this way." However, maybe the lack of persecution in this country is itself indicative of the need for change!? Scripture states "all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted..." I think there is a time coming where persecution will become more open, even more aggressive, in this country. Anyway, thanks for the post and making me aware of my brother overseas!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17311032546169500694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805190.post-39027737689661198842014-04-14T13:36:02.029-07:002014-04-14T13:36:02.029-07:00"a reaction to the formal, liturgical structu..."a reaction to the formal, liturgical structure that had become prevalent for so many centuries." lol, we should stick to what we know.
