In reality, this is just the present stage of one immesurably tiny fraction of the cosmos, one that will be over again in a completely insignifigant period of time. Not for us, but on a cosmic scale. Eventually, our sun will die, and if we arent extinct by then, we will die with it. Not for millions of years mind you, but it will happen.
