The deaf (your parallel) aren't being treated unfairly when they're ticketed. Emergency vehicles have both sirens AND lights, and the hearing impaired know that they must be a little more vigilant than hearers. The idea that they fall through the cracks, and are in that way a parallel for the intersexed, seems to fall down from the start.<br /><br />Scripture seems pretty clear about homosexual behavior.
